There was a pressing need for an automated bridge between Shopify's sales environment and Fakturownia's invoicing requirements.
Recognizing this critical operational gap, we stepped forward to address it.
Our objective was to engineer a solution that would eliminate the inefficiencies inherent in manual invoicing and empower businesses to concentrate on their core growth strategies.
This initiative led to the development of the Fakturownia Shopify application, designed to transform the invoicing workflow for entrepreneurs.

Every order placed on a Shopify store necessitated a separate, manual process to create an invoice in Fakturownia. This was not only tedious but also a considerable drain on valuable time, diverting resources that could have been allocated to sales, marketing, or product development.

Launched on January 31, 2025, Fakturownia by Netkodo provides a comprehensive invoicing solution that enables Shopify merchants to automate their back-office operations, thereby significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

All essential order data, including customer details (name, email, phone, address, geolocation, IP address, and browser/OS) and product information, is automatically transferred to Fakturownia. This ensures that every invoice is populated with precise and complete information derived directly from the Shopify order.
To enhance the customer experience and streamline the invoicing request process, we integrated a convenient "Do you want an invoice?" checkbox directly into the Shopify checkout flow. This allows customers to easily request an invoice at the point of purchase.
The application was built with native integration for Shopify Checkout, ensuring a smooth user experience and efficient data flow within the Shopify ecosystem. This design choice guarantees high compatibility and reliability for Shopify store owners.
Developed with a focus on data security and privacy, the app securely accesses the necessary customer, product, and order data (including draft orders and all order details for the last 60 days) required for its operation, adhering to Shopify's strict guidelines.
